Before leaving for free Lance (my first post =).
For a long time I wondered why people leave to work in fries lance.
Well, that is, if a person has a good job, less responsibility, a stable (which is important) salary, then what is the point for him to go for incomprehensible "free bread".
I thought the reason was money, but I was told - no.

The most common cause is the idiotic, from the point of view of the employee, the system of constructing a working schedule. There is a logic to this - each person has his own rhythm of life, his own habits, and big companies crush him, because it is difficult to spot everybody and find out what he wants. Very often there is a lot of bureaucracy, the illness of many companies is the incorrect formulation of the problem and the transfer of responsibility for mistakes to each other.
Very often, when you were told to do something I don’t know, and then they yelled at what you did, you don’t want to chase it all up and become a freelancer.
But in developing your business, you will eventually either burn through or start to “burn out” at work. Maybe it will happen that you yourself join some talented developer. Maybe someone else will join you.
In the end, everything will come to the fact that if you or your partner are not good enough, as managers, you will need a certain quality system, a system of management and work with employees. Everything will return to normal, in a certain sense, although of course it can also lead. But the chance of this is about the same as becoming a rock star and collecting stadiums from musicians - quite small =)
I want to offer everyone who is thinking of switching to free bread - try changing the employer first. Carefully filter the sentences: see what is required of you, what you are provided. Be sure to determine your requirements - are you ready to work assertively for a large salary, or is it better for you to take it easier and cheaper?
Not the fact that it will work out the first time, but you can find a company in which you will like working =)
