Resource Jobs. Ru, in conjunction with VideoPort, has launched a video chat service . It is noteworthy that its technical side was developed taking into account “Russian conditions” - the creators of the service promise good quality at a connection speed of 64 Kbps.

The service works using an ActiveX browser plugin VZOchat, which is installed automatically when you first access the service. So far, the service is available only to Windows users in Internet Explorer browsers.

To use the service, users who have a webcam and microphone, need to check the corresponding item in the personal account settings. Using the management interface of the interview, each user will be able to transfer and cancel scheduled sessions. The ability to schedule a video interview is only for user-employers.

It should be noted that such technologies are widely used in the western segment of the Internet, which is oversaturated with recruiting services - these are video ads, podcasts, and games. In Runet, job sites still continue to compete primarily with the volume of databases and job search / resume search algorithms.
