96% of the sites of Russian web studios are not validated!

- Cross post from my blog

It was this statistics that I derived after checking the first two hundred sites of web studios that were found in Yandex at the request of “ web studio ”. I validated accordingly with the help of validator.w3.org . Below is a little water chart, and a link to the collected data.

All the sites I checked were unique. Two did not find the same. They were beautiful, they were disgusting. There were those where they forgot to close the DIV, or for some reason they inserted noindex into the only menu on the website. Someone used xHTML1, someone used HTML4. Studios are located throughout Russia, from St. Petersburg to Vladivostok. Can you find yours? ;)

Here is such a PacMan turned out :))

In fact, I, as a coder, is also not without sin, sometimes validation has to be relegated to the background, sometimes because of the clumsiness of everyone’s favorite browser. And now, when there was a question about the redesign of the site of my studio (if they give me a raise, I’ll put a link: D), then I gave myself a vow - to make the site valid by one hundred percent. I think this is right.

By the way, some studios require people who impose exceptionally valid.

Of course, this situation can be explained by the fact that all forces are spent on customer sites, but they are not enough for their resources.

Total:

Two hundred sites checked. Valid eight of them. We get confirmation of the title. It is 96%. Some of you may say that 200 sites are not an indicator, but I believe that the overall situation, if different, is not cardinal. It's a pity.
