Masterhost again intermittently sends letters

This is rather a post-discussion, post-advice, than a post informative. Does someone also have letters that reach the recipient with a delay? It sometimes does not even reach.
Someone said that you can use the Gmail server to send. But how? If I register this server in the settings, then the letter comes to the recipient from the gmail-account, but I need it from the corporate one.
