Nikon has released a 13.5 megapixel digital camera
Coolpix P6000 , positioned as a replacement for the
P5100 . Amateur photographers who need the capabilities of DSLRs, on which the new model is oriented, together with the P6000 will get more and built-in GPS module.

In addition to the long-awaited support of the RAW format, the Coolpix P6000 boasts a bouncing flash, an optical viewfinder, extensive manual adjustments to the shooting, and a new Expeed image processing system. GPS in the camera is needed for attaching to photos of geotagging, so that information about exactly where the picture was taken is attached automatically.
The camera is compatible with new high-capacity SDHC cards.
Coolpix P6000 will be available in early September. It will cost $ 499.95.
