Basically, all articles are reduced to several tips: get out, put everything on the shelves ... But this is not convenient! It is much better when everything is at hand, but if you just put everything in one big pile, it will not be very convenient, so I decided to write some tips about ordering items on the table using the heap method.
When I surveyed my desk I saw one big mess.
1. To clear a small shred of a table directly opposite itself, so that you can write or put a cup of coffee. To do this, place two hands on the edge of the table and move it to the side.
2. Dig in your heap the first notebook, the first handle and the first cup. Later, if you accidentally find an extra notebook, pen or cup, it is better to remove it somewhere at once. This helps reduce heaps.
It is better to somehow attach the pen to the notebook in order not to lose it at the right moment. I also advise you to adjust the unnecessary blank under the coffee mug, this is necessary so as not to lose the cup on the table.
3. In the remaining pile, you need to find all the necessary papers and put them in a pile on ... here you need improvisation.
Now a few words about how to contain all this.
1. When you are looking for something in the pile, after use it is better to put it either from the edge or from the top of the pile.
2. A bunch of better divided into two or three for convenience.
3. Consoles and screwdrivers in the heap is better not to store.
4. Frequently used disks are best immediately put on the system unit.
