I want to ask your advice. I am currently working on improving the design of my project and try to achieve minimalism. I look at each link and decide: is it necessary in the basic template or can it be pushed somewhere deeper?

As a rule - in the upper right corner and / or next to the user name. The only exception I found is Livejournal, where the exit button is not included in the friend feed or in your blog view.

Do you think it may still be worthwhile to lower the priority of this link? Say, place it only in the user profile? Or replace with a small icon? Or pull into the footer? And that, it turns out that we expel the user. And after all, a large percentage probably does not use this link. I would like to leave only search and help in the upper right corner.
