What does all of this mean?
Only that the best programming language in the world simply does not exist. Many developers work not with one, but several programming languages, simultaneously studying new technologies. In addition, the popularity and relevance of a programming language largely depends on the demand for a technology that requires the use of a particular language. Now the trend is Big Data, and, as we see, the significance of R. begins to grow. We also see that the unambiguous leaders of all three ratings can be called C, Java and Python. Do you want to learn any of these languages? It is hardly lost.
But ratings are just food for thought. If you are going to start learning a programming language, this information can be very useful to you. But do not blindly trust the rating, better learn the features of each language.
