Replacing the speaker for Eten Glofiish x600 part 2
Not so long ago I asked people about spare parts for Eten Glofiish x600 http://www.za121.habrahabr.ru/blog/48299.html
Background: ')
After reviewing a small amount of price lists for repairing a PDA (communicator), the average price for replacing my part (a burnt speaker) was 1,300 rubles. In addition to such a price, it was necessary to pass a live line to the master. And it could last, from a few minutes to several hours. In one of the service centers, I was generally asked to retire, saying that the master already has something to do ( Reading between the lines of the speaker, go fuck with us and so doha customers ). With such an attitude to the client, I was already purely out of principle to give my phone to the service center for repair, I decided to do everything myself.
Training:
Having searched the Internet in search of the necessary part, I came across a wholesale store that has its own retail chain of stores. Having called the nearest store, which turned out to be at Savelovsky ( not advertising for Sirius Telecom, in a new building), I was told that there is a necessary detail, you can come and buy. Arriving at the store, they sold me a speaker for my communicator, the price of the part turned out to be insanely expensive 11 rubles apiece. Having bought with a reserve, just in case, as well as a set of necessary tools (a screwdriver and a special paddle for dismembering devices), I spent 200 rubles on all rubles, including travel by metro to the store.
And the most interesting thing is that if anyone has a speaker (spoken) on the X600 that burns out and you suddenly don’t want to spend money on the service, even if you have a phone warranty. So you can fix everything on your own.
Act:
The phone is disassembled very simply and does not require much effort. A detailed manual for disassembly is here , the main thing is not to hurry. The speaker itself (the speaker from the Motorola L7 or E398 is suitable for us) also changes simply, it is not soldered to the board, but has special foot connectors. Since I didn’t find the right speaker, but I bought an analog, I had to solder the connectors on the speaker and bend them to ensure a normal connection to the phone card. Insert the speaker in the entire workplace and assemble the phone in reverse order. Reattach the back cover very carefully, as you can accidentally break off the antenna connector legs.
The final:
Total I spent several hours and only 200 rubles on searching, buying a speaker. To repair the phone for about 15-20 minutes. A very tangible savings, plus received a deep moral satisfaction that I can do something with my own hands.
