nginx as reverse proxy

Several readers of the webo.in blog asked me to lay out the configuration of the nginx + Apache bundle on which the server is running. Although it does not relate directly to the topic of client optimization. However, most client optimization experts will be interested in learning how to configure multiple hosts for issuing statics and a couple of other tricks related to balancing requests.

I also comment in detail on all the settings specifically for Apache, which somehow relate to the very optimization of page load time.
