Last.fm users will hear more
Warner Music Group and Last.fm concluded an agreement through which users of the music social network will have access to the music archives of one of the largest record labels in the world, reports Reuters .
New music will be available first for American and then for European Last.fm users.
Warner Music Group is not afraid of reducing sales, which is quite reasonable: on Last.fm, tracks will be available only for listening - through a web interface and a special program. And the head of Last.fm Ltd. Martin Stiksel says that the company is negotiating with the other "major" for such cooperation.
