Today I would like to reflect on how much we sit and how little we walk. Unfortunately, the reflections will be spiced up with bitter personal experiences and, perhaps, unnecessary moral teachings.

Most of the people who come across this article will sit in a chair for days on end. How comfortable and soft it is in this case does not matter, the fact is that if you have a sedentary job, you are at risk, at risk of cardiovascular diseases.

How to earn a heart attack in 23 years? Love extreme impressions, love risk and champagne? Then let's go ...

1. In the morning there is no gymnastics, we have nothing to do with it, why bother the body once again, why spend 10 minutes on silly waving of arms and legs, when you can take a sweet nap ...

2. We start the day with a cigarette, every 45-60 minutes it is unforgettable to maintain a vital level of nicotine.

3. We sit at the computer all day, come home, again at the computer. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are not in bed, but on the computer desk. Just do not get up once again.

4. Do not try to play sports. God forbid to spoil the knee joints daily runs. Sit. We sit and get pleasure. After all, the Internet has a lot of interesting and unexplored.

5. If you have a moment to drink a beer with friends - we drink. Do not miss a single bottle. And it's better to finish the evening with vodka If finances allow, to arrange such friendly booties more often, and it is better every day - there will be something to remember in old age! And more! We smoke a little more, I, that not a man or something, I do not breathe a couple of packs of Marlborough for the evening!

6. About long-awaited meals. Pork, ribs, yes more succinct, yes cracklings ... mmmm. Yummy. Another serving! Still!!!

And then oh, something hurts ... resuscitation, infarction, rehabilitation, a couple of months in the hospital ... and ... gut in general ...
