What do not give social networks? I don’t know about you (someone definitely doesn’t have such a problem), but from time to time I don’t have enough time to quickly find a contact person. Suppose you want to chat with a person right now on some given topic, it is possible that it would be a person similar to you in interests and some other arbitrary parameters. How will you solve this problem now? You can log in to LJ, Vkontakte, Habr or ICQ, do a search and send messages to people you like. Sometimes you will be answered immediately, sometimes after a while, sometimes they will not answer at all. You can go to IRC or any web chat and try to draw attention to your person - it can work, but often people are distracted by the general chatter and are not arranged for private serious conversations. And you want one-on-one communication right now, without any extra searches.

Well ... the idea is already clear: what if you make a chat that would work on the same principle? Suppose I want to talk about politics (the meaning of life, computers, Linux, literature), I tick the relevant topic (or a set of topics), select a language and press a button. Somewhere, three thousand kilometers from me, Vasya chose the same topic and we connect for a chat. With the selection of the interlocutor, you can further analyze his profile: age, gender, interests, city. For example, I want to talk only with a young woman or only with a person whose list of interests coincides with mine at least 70%.

Of course, for this to work, you need a huge number of active users. Without them, Vasya will wait for the interlocutor for a very long time. This can be realized not only as a separate site, but also as applets for well-known social networks: the audience is large, there are already profiles with the necessary information. You can earn an unobtrusive banner in the chat window + paid inexpensive accounts without ads.
