“How to create a test automation team”There is an opinion that developers of automated test systems require high qualification in the field of software development and a solid knowledge base. Usually there are not many such people in the testing team. But you can start working on high-quality test automation, even without such experience. The report will discuss:
- recruiting for a test automation training program;
- primary threshold for entry into recruits;
- curriculum development;
- intermediate control and testing;
- starting work on real projects;
- pitfalls and mistakes that can be made.
The use of this knowledge on their own experience allowed the company to obtain a high level of project coverage with tests and achieve results when each of the team develops and maintains autotests, and also automates new projects.

“How to grow an automator and developer in yourself”For one reason or another, many testers think about starting to write autotests. The report is aimed at those who want to try to study automation, or tried, but failed. Why did someone succeed, and someone not? What skills and personal qualities can help or hinder us in this? Is it worth trying? In his report, Maxim tried to answer these questions.

it.mail.ru/video/732At the end we have some free time left and I read my blitz report on building a test automation pipeline. He told how not to drown automation in imaginary cliches and stereotypes, having built a truly effective test automation process. It was possible to find out in it:
- how to start testing automation;
- what makes automated tests profitable;
- how to turn the dot writing of automated tests into a slender conveyor with streamlined processes;
- about popular errors and errors of test automation and how to avoid them.
The report, it seems to me, fits perfectly into the general outline of the event and was able to talk about the organizational aspects of test automation.
