UltraVDS has launched a loyalty program for its VDS / VPS servers
Since July 11, 2016, we launched one of the most advanced loyalty programs on the network, and certainly unique among providers of cloud technologies.
In fact, loyalty programs among hosting companies are rare and in most cases are simply not available. Those that are offered by the closest competitors can hardly be called interesting for customers: use the server for several years and at some point we will give you a 5% discount. Many customers will find this a mockery.
The market of VDS / VPS is highly competitive and any self-respecting participant is obliged to try to keep it with all his strength with difficulty attracted customers. The worst thing that can happen for both the provider and the client is the option when the provider focuses solely on attracting new customers. The bottom line: high prices for services, where 50% or more of the amount paid is compensation to the provider for the cost of attracting this client. Agree, not very nice.
Many of you will rightly note that retaining customers is more correct than the high quality of the services provided and the service itself (site quality, support, etc.). This is true and all our 2 years of work we did just that and we will continue to do so, but in the huge market there are a lot of low-quality and high-quality offers with which we also have to compete.

The essence of our loyalty program is that each client simply using the services of UltraVDS will accumulate bonus points , and then at the expense of them renew their VPS servers or order new ones .
What will bonus points be given for?
services (protection against DDoS attacks, licenses, backup, etc.).

For individuals with a one-time payment for any server or simply when replenishing a balance of more than 2000 rubles. Additional points will be added depending on the amount of payment:
- from 2000 rub. up to 3000 rubles - You will receive 3% in the form of points
- from 3000 rub. up to 5,000 rubles - 5%
- more than 5000 rubles - 7% in the form of points to the bonus account
Bonus for trust
You use our services constantly and the status of your account will increase, and with it the percentage of charges to the bonus bill for paid services:
- 5% on a bronze account
up to 3 months of using the server - 7% on a silver account
from 3 to 6 months of using the server - 10% on a gold account
more than 6 months of using the server
In addition to the maximum possible 10% deductions in the form of points to a bonus account, the premium service system is also used for gold accounts - all support service requests are processed out of turn and are under the personal control of the company’s management - it’s pleasant and easy to be an UltraVDS regular customer!
