Open WG Talk # 3: New Processes and Product Management

Wargaming's Minsk office regularly hosts meetings at which company employees share experiences and discuss pressing issues of concern to developers, managers, designers, producers, artists — in short, all those who work in IT and game development. We call these meetings, WG Talk, and hold it in a private format, only for company employees.
But there are topics and knowledge that can not be shared with a wide audience. Therefore, we organize the Open WG Talk.
