Coworking in Moscow

The picture is sad.
As it turned out, in theory 3 co-working center is supposed to be in Moscow.
I can’t get through to one of them, I’ve got through to the other two and they told me that the projects are still frozen.
Why in a city of 15 million people 20 people cannot gather under one roof?

Is there anyone willing to participate in organizing a coworking center? And is there anybody who wants to use such services in Moscow?

The opinion is very important, as there is a desire to organize the center itself.
