Job responsibilities- I am responsible for all the technical things that exist in Medusa.
What is your working experience?- Technical director of BookMate, system engineer Sound, a lot of adminstva in any places: Moscow State University, Gulag Museum, a small genetic laboratory.
What is your education: higher (one, two or more), in what specialties?- Higher, "mathematician, system programmer" in the VMK MSU.
How many people work in your company?- Approximately 30 editors, 10 programmers, 2 designers, one publisher and CEO.
What software development management methodology does your team use? Why?- Difficult to answer this question.
Which task manager / issue tracker does your team use repository?- Trello, teamweek, github, bitbucket.
What tools does your team use for software development?- It depends on the specialist, to whom that is convenient.
What tools does your team use to test software?- Each of the guys has something different, stressful tsung'om and samopisnym.
Does the company have internal projects? For what purposes were they created (if any)?- It is not very clear what is meant.
Admin is ours , for example.
Does your company have a system of mentoring, training young professionals - developers, testers, and so on?- Recently they took a young beginner back-tender to help our rock star, otherwise every one of the guys is a guru.

If you could write yourself a letter to the past (5-10 years ago), what professional advice would you give yourself?- Relax, you never know what awaits you around the bend. That which seems to you as a fucking bottom can suddenly turn out to be a door to a brave new world (and this is not a joke).
