We conducted an interesting sociological survey of members of our community "Durudar" . Subject of the survey "Why do you give and how do you give." In total, more than 400 questionnaires were collected. We want to share the results with the community "Habra". As it seems to us, the data obtained may be interesting both for the creators of other communities, and for sociologists, as well as for all those who are interested in data visualization and infographics.
The survey once again confirmed that the overwhelming majority of participants are women. For them, the most valuable thing at “Darudar” is helping other people and getting positive emotions. The accomplices are willing to give a newbie, but are not willing to give to someone who has an empty profile. For the first time, it was also confirmed that behind each profile there is not one person, but a whole family. In material terms, accomplices divided into three equal groups.

The overwhelming majority of accomplices are satisfied with their participation in the “Darudar”.
Helping other people, positive emotions and the ability to receive useful things as a gift is the most valuable thing in the “Darudar” for half the accomplices. Otherwise, different people value different things.
The average participation time lasts about 2–3 years, after which over the next 2 years some of the accomplices leave, and the rest remain in the community.
More than half of accomplices come to the site every day, and almost a third - every week. This suggests that the majority of users are those who use the service intensively and regularly.
The formulation of the desire and the profile of the person who wishes is the most important criteria when choosing what is presented for the majority of accomplices. The date of registration, the sequence of desire and gratitude of those who wish are important for a small minority.
