I think that I will not reveal a big secret if I say that the majority of sites advertised by spam are located in Asian countries. This is done intentionally. for example, in Malaysia or China it is much easier to negotiate with hosting, so that it would turn a blind eye to complaints from users.

Background:
quite recently, my e-mail began to receive 10–20 spam messages per day, although I didn’t send my e-mail anywhere and it was sent to spammers by one of the offices in which I registered recently. Because I had already lost the habit of spamming, and then suddenly they started throwing me with this garbage, then I decided to see who was bothering me. After breaking through the hosting IP address, I saw that all the advertised sites are located in Russia and hosted by the same provider. Having copied the header and texts of spam emails, I sent abuse reports to the e-mail support of this hoster. The third day passed - the sites continued to function, and spam went on and on and on. I wrote to the hoster again and again no reaction. Today I decided to call this hosting office, but no one picked up the phone all day.
The conclusion suggests itself ...
