For a long time I just read Habr, and now I decided to register and chat. The question I want to raise is this: how best to store links to pages on the Internet?
The problem, of course, is not new, but I did not come across it closely before, until I decided to earn some money. If before this the number of sites I visited directly was within 20, then the new work requires storing a large number of links on various topics. Moreover, it is desirable that the time to search for these links was minimal. Another point - I have to use the same bookmarks from different points (work, home, laptop).
I selected several options for myself.

1. You can create bookmarks in the browser. I use Firefox. Found an extension that allows you to synchronize bookmarks for several jobs. You can sort the bookmarks by daddy, everything seems to be quickly located. But links, unfortunately, will be available only to me alone.
2. You can create “compasses” : in principle, the same tabs, only with a social orientation. Those. for the links that I add, the people will come (and this is to some extent my indirect task). It seems to be good, you can still add video directly to the “body” of the compass, insert RSS, which is quite convenient for me. Links that are undesirable for others to view can be added to hidden modules. For each direction - a compass. The result is a beautiful and comfortable "candy." On the other hand, all this is long enough. I'm lazy :)
3. Finally, social bookmarks. When installing a toolbar, it seems like Memori is most convenient. You can transfer existing bookmarks from firefox. Adding bookmarks is fast, especially if you don’t bother with tags. On the other hand, if you don’t bother with them, you can lose the link very quickly. Bookmarks are either “hidden” or entered as “public”. Another disadvantage is that the effect of “promoting” links will be much less tangible.
Because I cannot call myself an expert in this field, then please correct me, where I am mistaken. I would also like to know how the habrasoobshchestvo solves a similar problem.
