Deferred entries

I want to be able to write a topic and specify the time when it becomes public. This is convenient for the topic to appear at those hours when people walk around the site a lot, and the author has a lot of other things at this time.



Now I want to write an announcement, so I will have to write in todo to remember and publish this announcement. Uncomfortable.
