Regular HowTo by Vim

Update: it seems that after updating Habr there were problems with posting large articles. The old text, which was here earlier, cut Habr to the middle, but I didn’t manage to fill in the new one - all the time the error “An error occurred in receiving XML data: Internal Server Error” (as I understand it, it’s in a large volume). Honestly, I now have neither the time nor the desire to deal with it (besides, reformatting an article from a blog for Habr takes quite a lot of time), so I refer you to the original - Another HowTo by Vim .
