To help our employers, we also select the most qualified specialists for each job and provide a list of potential candidates right on the job page. It remains only to go through this list and send invitations to favorite applicants. All this is absolutely free.

Previously, we gave access only to 50 suitable specialists, but some time ago we decided to remove all restrictions to give access to the full list. Moreover, we expanded the concept of suitable specialists, and included also those who live in another city, but who are ready to relocate. This will be especially useful for vacancies located in cities where so far there are not enough specialists at My Circle. First of all, this applies to our small regional cities, as well as to many foreign cities.
Also, the vacancy is attended by those whom she somehow interested. Often these are the specialists to whom the vacancy is addressed. But not everyone decides after viewing a job to respond to it. Some people need a separate personal invitation. Therefore, for each job, we store profiles of those professionals who attended it. They also can send invitations to the vacancy.
