Subscribe.Ru found a new investor

Continue to receive news of major purchases in the domestic segment of the network. Today it became known that the Subscribe.Ru e-mailing service (an Internet service company in St. Petersburg) acquired a new investor. They became a kind of international investment fund operating in the field of IT. The fund acquired, by its stake, from the former investors of the “Internet Projects” - the Russian Technological Fund (RTF) and the Nordic Russian Management Company (NORUM). This informs the publication CNews .

About how much and how much bought shares, not yet reported. But the managing director of RTF, Evgeny Evdokimov, nevertheless noted something: “When we closed the deal, a couple of millionaires came into being - the founders of this company.” He also explained that the packages of former shareholders in their entirety were less than the controlling one, and the majority of the company remained with its management.

“We have grown Subscribe.Ru to a serious level, after which it was decided to sell it,” said Evdokimov. He added that two more venture fund projects of the RTF, the Institute of Network Technologies and Lumex-Marketing, are being put up for sale (you can find out about them here ).
