
We are talking about the bill number 4629 from 05/10/2016, and 05/17/2016 filed for review.
The bill introduces innovations for owners of Internet sites; now they have to publish their personal data, namely, the full name, address of residence, contact information in the form of email and telephone number. In case of non-fulfillment, a fine from 500 to 1000 (344500-689000 UAH) of non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens is threatened, in case of repeated violation from 1000 to 2000 (689000-1378000 UAH). Under the definition of the word "web site" of this bill falls anything.
“The website is the price of a dukh service, access is accessible through the Internet address, which is available for navigation”.
Also, this bill obliges the provider to block websites during the day. And unlocking a website will take from 10 to 14 days. Thus, the operation of any website, including the media, can be officially stopped for 10 days. A fine is also provided if the provider does not block the website.
