Honor cup
The first stage of the All-Russian competition in the field of ICT among students has begun - Huawei Honor Cup 2016! This means that talented young people once again have a great opportunity not only to demonstrate their skills, but also to replenish their knowledge of ICT.
Students of higher and secondary vocational education institutions are invited to try their hand at competitions. Everyone can choose one of three nominations that best meets their professional interests and available skills:
● 345G - generation of mobile communications;
● E = DC2 - distributed cloud data centers;
● vIP — IP network technologies and protocols.
Within each nomination, many new ones and the archive of last year’s webinars prepared by Huawei experts will be available to participants of the competition. Thus, everyone will be able to obtain the missing knowledge in the chosen direction in order to successfully cope with the subsequent tasks.
Honor Cup 2016 participants are waiting for several competitive stages. The first selection will be an online test and will take place from July 12 to July 15, 2016. In the framework of the second selection, which will be held from 10 to 15 August 2016 , participants will be asked open questions, which will allow experts to determine the finalists of the competition (up to 25 people in each nomination). The final will take place on September 23, 2016 at the Digital October center in Moscow. The finalists will first have to complete a practical task, after which five leaders in each nomination will take part in an interactive oral quiz. The winners will be determined by an expert jury based on the results of two parts of the final.

Recall that last year the first Honor Cup in Russia gathered more than 1,500 students from 70 educational institutions from all over the country.
