Hello!
We are pleased to present to the participants and non-participants who are still planning the final program of the cloud track. Under the cut - the details of what will be discussed in the track. Since
there will be a broadcast on
DevCon and then recordings, all this unique content will be available -
don't miss it!')
Today I
wrote that the program of the community track was finalized. Informally, it can be said that the program of the community track is not the main program, however, in terms of the semantic reports, the community is a very important component of the event, since it significantly complements the reports from the thematic tracks. So, one of the thematic tracks was the cloudy one, which has been taking place in DevCon for several years already.

There are only five reports on the cloud track (not counting the plenary). They are chosen in such a way as to logically develop the main ideas that will be voiced in the plenary report of the track from
John Galloway , our overseas colleague from Microsoft headquarters. John will tell about all those trends that occur in the cloud ecosystem of Microsoft.
The main topics will be
microservices-and-containers, project lifecycle management, Open Source, the Internet of things and visualization . John will give an introduction and tell about the place of these topics in the cloud, about what is happening and how it affects or will affect the future life of the developer.
Vladimir Yunev from Microsoft will continue the thought of John, telling about the new Azure services that can be used in the development process.

Next, I, your humble servant
Alexander Belotserkovsky , will tell you about the history of Azure, how everything happened, what services were before, and what is happening now, as well as the prerequisites for what is happening - in order to more clearly understand what services should be used scenarios and what prerequisites guided the developers of these services, offering new options.

The next in the story is
Ivan Hudson - a colleague from the corporation, who previously worked at the Argonne National Laboratory and other authoritative organizations on large projects. The code name of Ivan’s report is IoT E2E S. Or, if in Russian, a story about how to build an I-to-from solution from the devices to the visualization. With concrete, very interesting real stories that are happening right now.
Catalina Gheorghiu , solution architect and multiple MVP owner, I asked to talk about how to use PowerBI to visualize IoT solutions. Katalin decided not to do the report, but to show different scenarios with his hands. So much the better - I responsibly declare that it will be impressive.

Closes the track,
Vladimir Gusarov , director of R & D Moscow branch of Dell. Every time we write an obvious moment, that Vladimir is a veteran of the industry, and this time I decided not to write about it (although, of course, I could not miss this moment). Vladimir will tell you about the tasks and opportunities for managing the application life cycle.
We thought about Open Source and decided that it would be nice to do a whole master class that I and Andrei Beshkov and I will conduct on the first day.
DevCon 2016
DevCon is the largest Microsoft conference for developers in Russia. We spend its sixth year and traditionally try to gather those who are not indifferent to the Microsoft platform outside the city, in a comfortable country park hotel, to discuss current technologies together and try out the latest versions of products in practice.
In 2016, DevCon will appear in an updated format and we are happy to share with you the secrets of the preparation of our conference, as well as the main announcements:
This year, participants in the event will have more opportunities to immerse themselves in technology and gain new knowledge. We have prepared a large number of new interesting master classes, which will be described in more detail in the next announcement. At the same time, DevCon is still more than just a conference, with a rich program and communication with experts and colleagues outside the program. On the
site you can learn more about how to become a member.
We remind that this year we offer simplified participation in DevCon 2016 with a new category of
Guest Pass tickets
for 2500 rubles , which include transfer to the venue, attendance of all reports and workshops of the first day of the conference, and an interactive exhibition!
