Starting with this post, I want to open a new “rubric”, not even a rubric, but a tradition - to write small reviews on those WAP sites that I found on the network. I would like to immediately make a reservation that the review will not get the so-called standard WAP sites. First of all, the recently created WAP version of one of the most popular dating sites Loveplanet got into this review - wap.loveplanet.ru
The WAP version of the site, according to its functionality, is practically the same as its “elder” brother - the WEB version. You can register, which is not unimportant, often WAP versions of sites offer full functionality only to registered users, and registration must be performed using the WEB version of the portal. In this case, the opposite is true.
Unlike the WAP version of the Odnoklassniki website, whose functionality is so cutsy and miserable that you don’t even want to talk about it, the functionality and implementation of Loveplanet makes you happy: visit the site using your usual login name, change information in your profile, search and view profiles other users, read and send messages, comment on photos, take part in Top-100 polls.

But one function is simply remarkable, and its presence distinguishes this site from all competitors - adding photos directly from the mobile phone’s memory, which you will agree, is a very, very useful feature for such sites. Unfortunately, not everyone can use this function, but only owners of phones with MIDP 2.0.
It would be great if this function were implemented a little differently, or rather the list of means by which you can publish photos from a mobile phone, for example, by sending MMS messages, was added.
And of course, work with paid services of the site is simplified to the maximum. To become a “Site Leader”, raise your profile in the rating or replenish your wallet, just follow the special link on the wap-site, and an sms-message for transferring funds will be created automatically. I don’t know about the possibility of using “paid links” (CPC Content Per Click), I think they will create such an opportunity over time.
