Video: Danske Ideer 2016 Technology Startup Contest
While I am in Denmark, I decided to go to an event organized by Singularity University - “Danske Ideer 2016” .
On this day, the final of the five-day program was held - “project competition”. The final, because at first the organizers selected 60 of the brightest and most promising people from different countries who live in Denmark and are over 21 years old.
The Ukrainian Maxim Plakhotnyuk got there ( about him and his work in the nano-laboratory we wrote last time), and the Russian Roksana Yurkovskaya.

The whole group was taken to different technology companies and laboratories and told and showed the leading edge of science and entrepreneurship: they say, this is the latest bio-technology, this is advanced nano-development, this is the latest trends of the “Internet of things”, this is cryptocurrency, and so Further. So a whole week.
At the end, the participants had to break up into teams of 5 people and generate their business ideas from all of this.
5 best ideas were selected for the final, and it was them that were presented at a contest before journalists and investors, which was held in the Tycho Brahe Planetarium.
The winner received training at Singularity University for 10 weeks (in fact, funding in the amount of about $ 40,000).
