Vitaly Vinogradov graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute, having received the Candidate of Technical Sciences degree in 2000, settling in DHL in the same year, where he went from a key account manager to a development director in the CIS and Eastern Europe.

Afterwards, he held the positions of Sales and Marketing Director at International SOS (2005–2008), Sales and Marketing Director for Russia and Kazakhstan at Esselte (2008–2012).

In 2012, Vitaly Leonidovich joined the Arena Group of Companies, finally, in February 2013, he became the Managing Director of the already united Ticketland Group of Companies.
