Facebook hired former director of advanced defense research projects agency Regina Dugan

Prior to joining Google from 2012 to 2014, Dugan held a similar position at Motorola, and before that she headed the Advanced Defense Research Projects Agency (DARPA), known for its innovative cybernetics developments.
