The prize fund was divided between 30 winners of the tender, while more than 1,000 different companies from 88 countries from all over the world took part.
The tender to search for non-profit organizations to search for new solutions for people with disabilities was launched in May 2015. Among the winners are projects such as Motivation UK, specializing in the production of devices for maintaining posture using 3D printing. The company received a grant of $ 814 thousand.

The project Wayfindr, working together with the Royal Society of the Blind, received an investment of $ 1 million. At the core of this project is a technology that allows blind people to move without assistance based on additional information.
The e-NABLE project is engaged in the development of prostheses created with the help of 3D printing - it accounted for $ 600,000 in grants.
The Leprosy Mission Trust India project for the treatment of leprosy (outdated leprosy) received funding in the amount of $ 350,000 - its founders are developing and printing shoes using 3D printing for patients with leprosy to help them keep walking.
