Hello to all! Here comes the next work week, which means that we are again ready to share with you effective techniques for improving the effectiveness of your email campaigns.
1. Show your customer that he is special.
This technique is very simple, but it is often neglected. It is easier to explain on the example of companies such as Apple and Groove.
Each time, before the release of the new device, Apple sends its most "loyal" customer (to those who already have several devices from Apple) special mailings with a link to the pre-order, thus showing how important each Apple is to Apple.

The Groove project acts a little differently - they send new materials and articles to their subscriber before they are published for a wide audience on their blog with an Early-Access mark in the subject line. For subscribers, this creates the feeling that they are part of a certain exclusive exclusive club, which undoubtedly has a positive effect on their loyalty to the company.

2. Show that you care.
Each of your clients probably receives dozens if not hundreds of emails every day. He has a subscription somewhere, or he received a new message on Facebook. As a result, just a ton of emails accumulate in your inbox. Show that you care and you care about your customers. Squarespace, for example, in a letter stating that the client is running out of use for the trial version of the product, adds something like these:
We understand that you could be busy, and just did not have time to try our product. Do you want us to extend the usage period of the trial version of Squarespace?

Very often this can push your customers to purchase a full-fledged version of the product, because you have not forgotten about them and are ready to meet them.
3. Collect feedback.
Why not ask users for feedback about your product? This will not only show that the views of your users are important to you, but also allow you to improve your project. Often, users can hear quite interesting and useful opinions.
You can collect feedback either through your website or simply collect a simple survey form on Google Forms.

Or you can embed a survey directly into your email:

4. It's time to get personal!
I don’t know about you, but I’m always pleased when people call me by name. Use personalized mailings (by the way, you can create one in
MailHandler ). In addition, you do not need to always contact your subscribers in an official tone, sometimes it is useful to “just chat” with your client.
This reception is especially cool in welcome-email:

Remember to use the correct reply-to header! After all, your client may want to answer you :)
5. Make your letters valuable to the client.
Sometimes it is useful to include in the letter some kind of free bun useful for the client. For example, add a link to download the free icon pack. Thus, you are almost guaranteed to receive a transition from the letter to your site, as well as achieve that your subscribers will sooner or later begin to wait for your letters and forward them to their friends.

I hope these small tips will help you improve the efficiency of your mailings and convert your subscribers into full-fledged clients :)
