Yandex.Taxi launches services for corporate clients. The first city in which corporate service will work will be Moscow. By the end of 2016, the company plans to launch it in several more million-plus cities. “Corporate orders are about 10-15% of the taxi market in megalopolises,” Yandex.Taxi representatives
told TASS news agency. “By the end of 2016, we expect to take a share of 10-15% in this segment.” According to the company, the corporate segment of a taxi in Moscow is about 6 billion rubles a year.
Competitors of the Russian service -
Gett and
Uber - are already working in the corporate segment. Gett serves 2.5 thousand corporate clients and leads in Moscow in terms of the number of trips from legal entities, Vedomosti reports. On the Russian-language
site Uber is already offered to start using Uber for business - the service promises to save "up to $ 1,000 per year for each employee."
Previously, Yandex.Taxi has already agreed to provide a business service "with dozens of companies," among which are banks, IT and medical companies, explained the press service of the service.
The scheme of work in the business segment is universal: the company concludes an agreement with a service, and its employees use this service under certain conditions.

Using the service will help control the costs of client companies and make them more transparent, notes Tigran Khudaverdyan, CEO of Yandex.Taxi. Tariffs for corporate clients are similar to tariffs for ordinary users plus the VAT amount - from 200 rubles for economy class taxis to 400 rubles for business class, the minimum cost of a trip to the airport and back is 900 rubles.
To activate the service, legal entities must enter into an agreement with Yandex.Taxi and indicate the phone numbers of the employees who will use it so that they can access the corporate account. After that, the company gets access to a personal account, where you can set the maximum amount of expenses for a month for each employee. Payment of all trips is carried out once a month by bank transfer.
In the corporate segment, there are more orders for more expensive tariffs - “comfort” and “business”, Khudaverdyan is sure. In Gett, the tariffs for “business” on average correspond to the “comfort” class tariffs.
According to the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation, today there are about 338 thousand legal taxi cars in Russia, which generate 441 billion rubles of revenue per year.
