Do you have a database of e-mail addresses of clients? If the answer is yes, let me guess how you use it - send out newsletters? Today we will tell you what else you can do with the list of your contacts.
Last year, Google AdWords presented the
Customer Match tool. With it, we can target ads to existing customers from the list of e-mail addresses. This type of targeting can be customized to Search, Gmail and YouTube.
')
How does it work:1. We collect the base e-mail addresses of your customers.
2. Download it to AdWords as an audience list.
3. AdWords will recognize the addresses of those logged in to your Google Account and show them ads.
Opportunities:1. Target a specific audience. For example, we notify existing customers about discounts, promotions and special offers.
2. We exclude these audiences in order to attract new users.
3. Attract users who are similar to your current audience, and expand the base. AdWords will automatically generate a “Like Audience” list with similar interests and relevant demographic data (on Gmail and YouTube platforms).
What is the use of e-mail addresses?We can only use customer addresses that are obtained directly from themselves or from their own source.
Suitable if:- the customer has made a purchase on your site;
- the client has subscribed to your newsletter;
- the client is registered in the loyalty program.
How many addresses do you need?In order for Customer Match to work, at least 1,000 email addresses must be in the list after recognition. But from experience we can say that of the entire database loaded, Google recognizes only about 35%. That is, the tool is suitable for those who have a database of at least 3,000 client addresses.
With this tool, your ad will appear in the right place at the right time. A great way to communicate with loyal customers.
