This method helps to reboot in moments of daily breakdown. Rest should be long and as contrasted as possible - if you were working at a computer, it is better to take a walk in the fresh air.

Technique Pomodoro originates from the kitchen timers, tomatoes for 25 minutes. I personally use the application Forest (they wrote about it on vc).

It looks like what we were taught in school. The average piece of work - the average rest. All together conveniently fit into the hour.

Some are suitable for one and a half hours of focusing and 20 minutes of rest - I definitely do not belong to such :-)
