Social Graph Supplement for Google Profile

Google started using the Social Graph API to “hook up” links that can be added to the Google Profile page.

The mechanism is simple. If you add to your Google profile a link to a site that is associated with other FOAF or XFN projects, the system will automatically offer to add all available URLs. Mass, so to speak.
