Accel's portfolio companies are Cloudera , Slack , Dropbox , Atlassian and many others. According to crunchbase data , there are 341 of them. In total, the fund raised $ 17.06 billion. Accel spent 28 IPOs and 154 acquisitions.

The fund mainly concentrates on projects from the USA. However, he sometimes allows himself to make an exception for the sake of such companies as Atlassian (Sydney, Australia).

Accel created a new $ 305 million fund a year ago to invest in Indian startups in the early stages.
The last investment Accel took place in early March 2016. The fund has invested $ 3 million in the online marketplace Ninjacart .
