Great karma? how are you arranged?

So I actually did not understand how karma works. Habrahelp says that if karma is more than 2, then you can put a reputation on comments. Yesterday it was. But when I set a couple of ratings - the reputation for the kamentov became inactive, although the karma seems to be above 2.

Where I understand what is wrong?
