In our provincial city, of course, there are water delivery companies (19.2 l) in the office. We use the services of one of these companies for several years. We order through the site and the next day they bring. Recently this company made a new site. There, as well as on the old site, there is a form of ordering water. That's just all three times that we ordered (within a month) through the site, the order did not arrive in the database. This turned out when calling the next day and cursing about non-delivery. Call on the same day and find out whether the order was added through the site is impossible - they have such business processes. It is clear that you can just call, but if there is a website ...

It would seem that since someone is making a new site with the goal of improving the business, then perhaps he could see how many orders go through the site? But that person is not interested. Most likely, they simply “mastered” the money for a new site (as they used to “mastered” on new roads). Surely also the promotion of the site paid.

Why am I writing this? When someone launches a new site, be sure to check that the order works from the site. It is clear that this should not do the developers of the site. This is the advice of managers who allocate money for the site, new technologies, and receive in exchange zilch and dissatisfied customers.
