Today, February 25, Gett launched the Gett Courier service in Moscow. The service will operate in Moscow from 9:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and weekends, and its cost will be only 400 rubles within the TTR and 600 rubles within the Moscow Ring Road.
Gett drivers will deliver parcels ordered by users. In a press release, the company said that the waiting time for the arrival of the driver will not exceed 20 minutes.

To use the service, you need to select the “Courier” class in the Gett mobile application, specify the sender's address, phone number and the recipient's address. You can track the entire delivery route in real time in the application itself. Upon arrival at the place of the courier will call the recipient at the specified phone number, the company said. You can pay for the service only with a bank card.

“Launching Gett Courier will help solve many problems, whether sending a bouquet, a gift or important documents.
The service will be in demand not only among private users: now we are developing a courier service for Gett corporate clients, and in the long term - a unique service for our market - delivery of purchases from online stores within an hour, ”said Gett's general director in Russia, Vitaly Krylov.

On February 1, Gett launched a delivery service in London. The cost of one delivery is ÂŁ 6 for the city center, while for other trips it is calculated depending on the distance from the final point of delivery.

At the end of April 2015, Gett announced the launch of new services in a single mobile application and allowed users to receive many necessary services in their daily lives quickly and easily. Among the main categories of services that Gett plans to develop are transport, food, beauty, medicine and home services. Since July 2015, Gett Sushi service is available in the Gett application to Moscow users. In November, Gett launched the iPhone urgent repair service — Gett iMaster.

On February 24, 2016 in Bangkok, Uber launched a new service called UberMOTO.

Mototaksi are very popular in Thailand and other countries of the region - they are distinguished not only by cheapness, but also by greater mobility in the conditions of street traffic jams, Vedomosti reports. The service provides payment by credit card or cash with a minimum rate of 10 baht ($ 0.28).

Uber will have to compete in Southeast Asia with other mototaxi call services - Grab and Go-Jek .

The countries of South-East Asia are of great interest for companies that call vehicles: its total population is about 600 million people, many of them live in large cities and actively use smartphones.

February 5, Uber launched in Minsk. In the middle of February, plans to enter Minsk also appeared on the Yandex.Taxi service.
