In 2011, Nikita graduated from the Medical University with a degree in Biotechnology, after which he worked in banking, where he met two co-founders. In 2014,
Qlean started as an online ordering service for cleaning apartments in Moscow, according to the creators, now with the help of it more than 400 cleanings are done every day in the capital and the Moscow region.

Here are some tips Nikita shared.
- Your product should solve a real user problem. Make sure that it really exists, and not invented by you. Do not forget about the volume of the market - no matter how cool the decision is, if it is necessary for an extremely limited audience, it may not be worth spending time on it.
- Create all solutions quickly. At the start, do not be afraid to do something on the knee, do not complicate. In Excel and with the help of manual labor, theories can be worked out quite normally. Even if it seemed to you that you understood what you need to do and how to develop the product, do not go to the project work, continue to grow. With each new customer, you will understand more and more about the product and the market. Do not be afraid to change the business model, on the contrary, change, play with numbers. The right decision, which is right for you, does not necessarily lie on the surface. Rather, what seems the easiest is usually mistaken.
- Nothing is impossible, and especially it is not worth listening to skeptics. Do not believe the various experts, no matter how important and knowledgeable they are. Believe only numbers.
- Make the products beautiful and attractive for the client, no matter what crutch solutions are behind them. Beautiful product attracts attention.
- And, perhaps most importantly, devote most of your time to the team. Selection, motivation. Pick people with whom you feel comfortable working. Understand, understand, but do not try to do everything yourself, not necessarily be the best, let the best work with you. Team is the most important part of success. Whatever a great idea - it remains just an idea and without implementation it costs nothing.
