And today we will not only show what the competition was among IT-specialists in December 2015, but also show the three-month dynamics of the average response for the most popular vacancies.
In December, about 400 vacancies were posted on My Circle, which is 20% less than usual. This is due, of course, to the fact that two weeks before the New Year, many companies stopped looking for and interviewing new employees, postponing this sensitive issue until next year. At the same time, curiously, the total number of responses remained unchanged, and on average, 7.98 specialists responded to each job in December. Compared with September and October, this is an increase of 20%.

- For the third month in a row on “My Circle” the easiest way to find a designer. This month we have an absolute record - an average of 18 responses per design vacancy.
- As before, the most willing to find a new job among the maker-ups and managers. On average, 9.6 specialists responded to each vacancy in these areas.
- It was also not very difficult to find a programmer, tester and analyst. In these areas of activity, the number of responses for each vacancy averaged 7.9.
- It was a little harder to find software and mobile application developers and administrators this month. The number of responses to such vacancies was 6.1.
We have accumulated statistics for three months, and we can try to build the first short trends.
- It is clearly seen that design jobs firmly occupy the first place in demand among specialists: 12-18 responses per vacancy.
- They show reliable steady demand for vacancies for web designers, programmers and administrators: on average, 9-11 responses from the first and 6-9 responses from the second and third.
- It is consistently the most difficult to find the development of mobile applications: the number of responses here at the level of 5-6 per job
