According
to VentureBeat, the company Flurry, engaged in analytics in the world of mobile technologies, presented Christmas research results that show how many and which new devices were activated on the eve of the winter holiday. As it turned out, the figures for the outgoing year were only slightly different from previous years - as before, Apple holds the palm.
The brainchild of Steve Jobs owns almost half of the devices activated on this Christmas day (which Catholics traditionally celebrate on December 25), which is slightly less than the results of the previous year - then the “apple giant” owned 51.3% of all devices. This year, the percentage of Samsung devices has grown: 19.8% against 17.7% in 2014. What can not be said about Microsoft: only 2% of the total number of activated devices belonged to the corporation, although last year this figure was higher - 5.8%.
Sony did not make it to the top five manufacturers while Xiaomi was on the list for the first time.
