Tariffs are focused on organic business growth. The tariff schedule is represented by three tariffs:
Practice - a free tariff oriented towards a conditionally independent dental practitioner. Limitation of 100 patients in the database
(post about the development of the Fremium tariff).Cabinet - the tariff is focused on the first steps in the independent work of the dentist and for those who want to streamline the practice and work with an assistant or administrator.
Clinic - in the tariff laid the opportunity for doctors to work together on treatment plans. The tariff is focused on small private clinics.
It is important that in all tariffs we left the same functionality. It is important that the tariffs are a set of licenses that the user clearly does not see and they are functional — the Administrator license, the Doctor’s license, the Doctor’s license — the joint work. Administration
Calendar of visitsThe calendar of visits - the main workspace of the service, in which the ability to make an appointment is implemented; the schedules of doctors working in the moment and visits to them are displayed. The calendar supports filtering "by doctors", quick display of the specified working day.
Price ListsCustomizable price list for your clinic or office. Various levels of nesting, grouping services into categories are supported. Automatic numbering of sections, categories of services. Convenient search for the desired section or service by name or code.
Billing and paymentInvoicing - creating, managing and sending invoices for printing. Unpaid bills are always in sight of the Administrator. The possibility of paying the bill in parts is supported, the option of reminders for patients to pay the bill in the near future.
AnalyticsYou always get current information about your business in the form of analytical reports. We implemented the ability to monitor general reports on the clinic, analytics for each employee and specialization of employees. Such an approach will help to see the picture of the work of the clinic as a whole and apply analytics in the development of personnel motivation programs.
Treatment
Dental cardsUse graphic dental charts with a set of preinstalled diagnoses when completing treatment histories. To select a diagnosis, just click on a specific area of the tooth, and when printing a card, the diagnoses will be automatically converted to textual notation.
Treatment diaryFilling out a standard treatment diary when a patient visits a clinic - Complaints, Anamnesis, Objectively, Diagnosis, Treatment, Epicrisis, Result. Custom templates for these fields significantly help save time for doctors to enter information.
A course of treatmentThe rapid formation of the course of treatment according to the price list of the clinic. For each service, the numbers of the teeth to which the service was applied are set and the status is indicated - fulfilled / not fulfilled, which allows to divide one treatment into several visits.
File storageAttach various kinds of digital files to the patient's card - x-rays, 3D pictures of teeth, test results, documents and contracts, any other medical documents. The number of files in the card of each patient is not limited.
Communications
Online recordingPost a widget to make an appointment on your clinic's website and get new clients. Clients can choose their own doctor, free time for recording and make an appointment. All applications automatically get to Dental Cloud and are confirmed in one click.
SMS notificationsAutomatic SMS notifications to patients about scheduled visits will help reduce the number of non-attendances and optimize the doctor’s work schedule, and, if possible, postpone failed visits. Supports any mobile operators in the CIS countries, Europe and North America.
