The situation is simple to impossibility.
I'm from Ukraine.
From Kiev.
Registering on Yahoo:



My zip code is 04214.
Yahoo confidently reports that my index does not exist.
Google search gave a lot of questions and not a single answer - what kind of indexes does Yahoo expect from us.

Options choose Russia \ Uzbekistan \ USA are good for fake registrations.
If the ID is lost, the country and zip code is requested.
Remember at random the chosen numbers are not serious.
