Alexey says to himself that he represents a classic example of a person who has always loved video games, but never dreamed of working in the gaming industry. Alexey graduated from the USTU in 1998 with honors, and in 2012 received an Executive Education Program at the Harvard Business School.
Alexey’s work experience is very diverse: here is British American Tobacco (National Key Account Manager in Russia and Switzerland), work as a retail marketing director at Adidas, and finally, Alexey was the director of broadband Internet access in the VimpelCom.
Alexey says that in order to get to RiotGames he had to pass 15 interviews-interviews and he tries not to use this experience when hiring new employees in the Russian office of the company.
