Data Insight: Exist.ru - the largest online store of RuNet

The specialists of Data Insight have published the rating of the largest Russian online retailers. When ranking companies, a criterion such as revenue was used, Vedomosti wrote . On the 1st place of the list was the auto parts store Exist.ru, the turnover of this company is 35.4 billion rubles. Interestingly, earlier this company also fell into such ratings, but Exist.ru comes in first place for the first time. Last year, the magazine "The Secret of the firm" put this online store in fifth place.

Above the ranking, Data Insight worked together with Ruward Ecommerce Index Top 100. Sources of information for the rating are very different, using both official data and unofficial data. Now when working on a rating, Data Insight only considered gross sales with VAT from remote orders via the website or mobile app. Orders through the terminals were not counted.

As for the spare parts seller, this company is the largest in Russia, it owns a large number of branches in the regions. Exist.ru works with many car brands. Interestingly, due to the growth of the dollar against the ruble exchange rate, spare parts for foreign cars increased in price, and this helped Exist.ru to increase revenue.

The company was founded in 1999. Currently Exist.ru has about 1000 partners. “Every day, the order system serves more than 300,000 visitors, and more than 50,000 orders from an assortment exceeding 60 million offers are being processed,” the online retailer says.
