Photo: A. Gordeev / VedomostiThe cost of a product or service is one of the most important factors that can attract buyers, or, conversely, scare them away. Tele2 decided to use low tariffs to recruit the initial subscriber base. Roman Volodin, Tele2 Marketing Director, told today about new tariffs, Vedomosti reports. As it turned out, the operator will use the same tariffs in the capital as in the regions.
For example, in Moscow, Tele2 presented one tariff without a monthly fee — Orange, and three with a monthly fee — Black, Very Black, and Blackest.
The “Orange” tariff involves payment in the amount of 1 ruble per minute for calls to any numbers. Plus, the subscriber receives 2 GB of mobile Internet. The “Very Black” tariff allows the user to receive 4 GB of traffic and 400 minutes of calls to any numbers in Russia for 299 rubles. Tariff "The Blackest" can be taken for 599 rubles. Here the tariff includes 10 GB of Internet, 1000 minutes of calls and 1000 SMS. Well, the first tariff, “Black”, for only 99 rubles a month, provides a subscriber with 2 GB of mobile Internet, 150 SMS to all numbers and unlimited communication.

If desired, the subscriber can purchase additional Internet packages - 7 GB for 299 rubles, 15 GB - 599 rubles, 30 GB - 899 rubles. According to company representatives, Tele2 tariffs are 40% lower than competitors' tariffs in the capital. The company has already been able to receive orders for 30,000 SIM cards.
According to Tele2, the company’s network will withstand the burdens of subscribers. In Moscow alone, the company will have about 7,000 base stations.
Interestingly, the Antares group of Evgeny Roitman now lost some of the allocated frequencies in Moscow. About half of these frequencies were used to create a guard band of the spectrum, in order to prevent interference of the Moscow Tele2 network.
